Park of Roses Wedding with Mindy and Gordon
I had a great time working with Mindy and Gordon on their wedding day. It was always great to see them together. It was smiles all day when that looked at each other. I was very happy to be photographing their day. We started at the Maynard Avenue United Methodist Church in Columbus, Ohio to get ready for the ceremony. Instead of a guest book they had a nice Canadian and U.S. flag poster they had everyone sign. I thought it was a nice touch. They also had both flags outside as well for their exit. The ceremony turned out great. I had a good view from the balcony. After the ceremony we went to Nationwide Blvd Archway and also found some train tracks because Gordon with a train company. It was one out of a thousand that a train would come on by just at that moment for them. It turned out great! We then traveled to the reception at the Clintonville Woman's Club by the Park of Roses. The reception was fun and very social. I got to edit their photos and put them on an iPad for them to view. We then traveled to the Park of Roses at night for some very cool shots of the park. Congratulations Mindy and Gordon!
