Studio Policies and Terms and Conditions

We are a small boutique business with limited capacity and therefore depend to a very high degree on our appointment times being filled. Failure to “not show” for any appointment has a huge impact on us as a business, and we ask you to please respect this. This means we do require a fee to secure your photography session booking. Please note that weekends are most in demand and we can not fill in our open times a few days out in event of cancellation. 

Terms and Conditions:

1. A $200 fee secures portrait session for the date/time agreed upon.

2. Rescheduling an appointment with less than 2 weeks notice will result in a loss of the booking fee. You will have to pay another $200 deposit to reschedule if under 2 weeks. All fees collected will be refunded at the time of the appointment.

3. If you arrive 15 minutes late to your appointment we will not be able to take your appointment and will result in a loss of the booking fee.
