· Please describe the personalities of your child. Tell me about some of their favorite things
Alyssa – age 5: charming, free spirit, happy 99% of the time; in kindergarten and loves to be social; never stops moving; nicknamed “catfish” by her grandpa because she has been wiggly and hard to hold since birth; loves her ‘stuffies’ (stuffed animals); kind heart; always dirty and ready for adventure; Grandma’s girl; cannot wait to be old enough to ride her dirt bike
Mason – age 8: wise beyond his years; old soul; loves playing hockey and baseball; roller blades in the hockey off season; tends to be cautious, so Alyssa pushes him to take chances because the little sister cannot be braver (HA!); Loves to spend time with his dad and grandpa’s; enjoys fishing trips to Canada; favorite food is hands down – BBQ RIBS!
· Tell me about yourselves... What do you like to do together?
As a family we enjoy traveling, mostly to Canada and Florida, but have gone to Las Vegas to visit family and Maryland. We play a LOT of monopoly and backyard baseball.
· Is there anything else you'd like readers to know?
Like all families, we have great days and rough days. The kids fight, but do not like to be apart, so deep down they love each other.
· What did you like about the session and your artwork? Where did you end up hanging it?
We had a great time at the session and it was wonderful because Mason is at a stage where I can’t always get him to let me take his picture. Mom is also rarely in the photos, so that was a nice change! Right now, the canvas is in our bedroom, but when we have finished updating our family room, it will be relocated.
